Paraglider makes a tree top perch

A New York man, 36, was rescued in the mountains above Santa Barbara County on Sunday, after getting caught in a tree while paragliding.

 The man was hanging from a tree in the area of Rattlesnake Trail near Skofield Park.

The paraglider was not hurt and crews were able to get him out of the tree safely by 4:15 p.m.
